Default it's a beautiful day, clear sky, sunshine... but it was not a dream (my 1st accident pics update)

as some of the So. Cal. A4ers know, after this incident, i just wanna go to sleep and wake up the next morning hoping that nothing had happened... well, i guess i gotta do what i have to do - fix the car . i mean, look on the bright side, i didn't kill or hurt anyone, there's no body injury, and there's no structural damage on my car. plus there's no school for the next day or two, or even three! cos i got into an accident! (good excuse eh?) so i think i should be glad...

couldn't get to sleep till 5 this moring, and woke up at 8:30. (well i know the car is not that bad, but it's my 1st time, so u know...)

i got some mails after i posted the pics earlier this morning. i just wanna thank for your support, u AWers have been great! and many thanx again to Johnny, SkyDiveA4, SuperChargeA4, Big Nipper, and S4 or TT soon.

okay, so, here goes the pics:

Default Yeeouuch! I feel like I should respond to this post, but I don't know what to say...

...It was nice meeting you and getting together w/the Van Nuys group and others last night (my first canyon run as well). Wish the outcome of your first meet could've been a little less traumatic. Keep me (all of us) posted when you get the estimate and decide exactly how you're going to go about getting it repaired. I'll see what I can do to help out, of course. ;-)

I hope this doesn't discourage you from coming out with us to KK runs or future drives. We've gotta remember that to some (myself included) these are unfamiliar roads. Also, some guys are running with stock suspension and 205s. I've got some good ideas for Johhny and you guys for next time to minimize the chances of a sequel. E-mail me when you're thinking about planning another run, or we'll talk at the next Van Nuys meet.

P.S. I don't wanna be you when your girlfriend get a hold of you later tonight! Good luck!

Default Well, I know it's hard to look on the bright side Eric.......BUT

the hood looks like it survived unscathed by millimetres!!! That's a good thing. :-P

Hopefully you'll be able to run it through insurance without your premiums going up too much. Good luck, and keep us updated!
