I've been really bored all day and started to ponder a homebrew kit.
-GT28RS/2871r
-034 manifold
-034 DP
-PES/GIAC T28 software (scratch that)
-034 Programmable Fuel System
-630cc
-FMIC w/ 2.25'' pipping
-Clutch/flywheel kit
-3'' MAF
-Your choice of intake
And all the other small supporting parts.
That right there is at least 5-grand, but it would be a killer set up while keeping stock internals.

I'm not planning on doing it... I'm going to be selling the a4 this summer.
And start looking for a stage 3 S4.

Yep, that would be a nice setup for sure.
If I didn't need the A4 as a DD, I would've done that for sure. I went APR because it's solid and all the parts were right there; it limited down time considerably. I am going to run wild +BM or Profec soon, the stock DBW programing is way too conservative for me :P
