Default J31, K31, and K05 (model year 2000 K04 giac software versions) dyno results.

Just got back from the dyno.

J31

216.0whp/273.3wtq
217.4whp/274.6wtq

K31
178.1whp/247.2wtq

K05
184.3whp/252.2wtq

Test conditions:
87 degrees
93 Mobile Gas

Car:
2000 A4, k04, fmic, efk, lwfw, clutch, j31, borla exhaust, random tech hfc, 310cc injectors, 3.7 bar fuel pressure.

I'll post the dyno graphs later.

Also, anyone want to help me figure crank hp/tq?

Default interesting

pretty big leap between the J31 and K31 software

i have never dynoed my car but it's interseting, id be right around a K04 with K31

I have a K03 GIAC on a FWD so factor in apx. only 12% dritetrain loss and it puts me at apx 176awhp

Default for figuring crank numbers, it'll depend on how you figure drivetrain loss.

I've always used 22% drivetrain loss, but some say 25, some say 30, it all depends.

To figure out your crank hp, multiply your whp/wtq x 100 / 78 (for 22% drivetrain loss)

Default well consider a roughly 22% drivetrain loss for Quattro.

214 / .78 = 274.35 HP

273.3 / .78 = 350.384 Tq
