they blink like a whitish/yellow that actually looks real bright at night. i dont have them as parking lights just blinkers so i think they look pretty good and it allowed me to use the cornering light from my old 2 piece lights instead of the one that came with my ecodes. if i was going to do it again though i would recommend the apc ones sfexboy mentions, those look pretty good (silver off amber on)and are easier than using high temp paint imo.

Sorry it took awhile for the resonse, I just ran down to take some pics of the bulbs.

The key thing is to put on just enough paint to cover the orange color. Do 2-3 very light coats. I used a lamp, and held the bulb close to it to see just how dark the silver paint was, obviously if the paint is too thick, not enough light will get through. When I did it, the first bulb I tried turned out blochy, the next two were perfect!

Just did clear corner mod, and was going to ask what size the blinker lights were to get rid of the orange bulb. So the size for the blinkers are 1157 correct? So Just go to pepboys and pick up some clear ones? Or use some super awesome ones or what?

...spray from a good 2 feet away. Make sure the bulb just barely turns silver in color, or else the orange won't blink through.
