Just bent a rim..... few questions
I was on a street in queens going 25 mph when i hit a damn pothole and bent my rim. i just wanna kill some one right now. And i just got the car back two weeks ago from the autobody. When it rains it pours.
Here are my questions.... has any one bent a rim in NY and got the city to pay for the rim??? If so how did you go about doing so.
Second question should i try to fix the rim or just get a new one??? The rim has two bents one bigger then the other one.

Join the club, I believe that's where I cracked a spoke. On queens blvd by the queens mall.
I just never bothered to follow thru with the city. If you even could?
Depends on just how bad the bend is? But there are places that can fix bends.
Curious which rims you bent? and what size? But the potholes in nyc. They could bend or break just about anything :/
I was riding on 18 inch lola's.

Im riding on 18" Zenetti
Do you know any place that can fix a rim in queens, im thinking about fixing it and using it as a spare. Man i want to find out how to make the city pay for this. Thay should do a good job with them potholes so this type of things dont happan. I LOVE NYC!!!

thanks alot turbodog..... while checking the car i found out that i
have one more bent rim. thats three in a weekend. Thats it they coming off till the spring. Back too the 15" for a month 1/2
