Just changed my spark plugs to the Bosch F7LTCR...
not a big difference down low, but it sure pulls a little bit better between 80-100mph. just an observation. BTW i'm running the APR chip.

i change plugs every "whenever i remember to" time frame. i probably should've done it a little earlier this time around b/c my oem NGK's were worn down to the nub. i know that change interval is not very scientific, but if you search i'm sure you'll find the proper interval. off the top of my head, ~3K mi for coppers, 10K mi for others.
i chose the bosch plugs b/c they got good support from others on the board and they're also oem approved by audi.
