This just doesn't make any sense... I'm maxing out my maf at 106g/s but got a CAPS time of 7.625s??

if he had a boost leak his MAF reading would be normal....
think with a leak the normal amount of air getts pulled throught the MAF, but then leaks out after passing through the turbo.
It seems like a bad MAF and a vacuum leak

if the maf is understating the amount of air going in...
he would be running lean. which he is...his part throttle fuel trim is +13%.
when youre running lean, the car can seem powerful. also, the turbo is meeting the boost requirements(actual = requested).
if he had a boost leak, hed be running rich.

when the maf goes bad it defaults to the 02 sensor and MAP if he has one.
If you unplug your Maf your car will still run. Some times cars with bad MAFs run better with it unplugged than plugged in with a bad signal.
