just get my new philips xenon intalled, they seem pretty yellowish..

Where did you buy the kit from? The difference can be in the bulbs. Osram D2S bulbs generally tend
to burn about 2-3 hundred degrees cooler, and thus appear more "yellow" to the Philips bulbs. This "yellow" that you see is still very white compared to conventional halogens.

you have to identify which bulb. popular in the market is 4000k and 6000k versions. i've seen 8000k
take note of the partnumber and consult Eric@SPP. you might have an old/weak version. does it have a cover tip? there shouldnt be
