reminds me of a wedding album with printed tissue paper around every thing.
There is also a booklet of Audi Roadside assistance, Audi engineering tips,Audi stickers, and all kinds of Audi propaganda stuff. The packaging is first rate. It gives you that warm and fuzzy "I'm glad I bought an Audi" feeling.

The best "ownership experience" came years ago when I bought a Saab 900. Something came in the mail like once a month for about 6 months. A book about the Saab/Scania story. A Saab coffee mug. A cassette cleaning kit. And so on. Really made me feel good to be a part of the "Saab Family". Audi could learn a lesson or two in that regard. Or at least apply lessons learned consistently, since like I said I've received nothing, ever, from Audi. Oh, and did I mention: I've received nothing from Audi!

I think Jeep sent me something when I bought a new Grand limited in 96, but it was crappy compared to Audis gift. Now that I think about it, The Jeep was real crappy compaired to an Audi so I guess thar makes sense.
