Default just got my BOV installed and...
well its so shy.. it doesnt wanna make any noice.. I got the GFB one.. WTF..

Default thats because it doesnt want to embarass the car you're in.
it's really begging you to switch to a bypass valve. it doesnt want to make your car sound like crap!

You can adjust the BOV.

Default no, a bypass valve directs the air back into the intake
BOV vents it to the atmosphere. The 1.8t was built for a BPV.
