They were actually NICE to me!! I called them up to make a service appointment for my cousin who'll be driving into town on a road trip, and they were very courteous and prompt both at the front desk and in service. I was able to make a service appointment for Monday at any time I wanted to drop it off. The service rep chit-chatted with me while he was entering the information for the car, and both people I talked with thanked them for using their dealership and told me to have a good day. This was Pollard Friendly Motor Co in Boulder, if any of you would like to know. I really think Audi could learn something from this. All the reps from Stammler I've ever talked to have been rude and unhelpful. And to think we drive 'luxury' cars and accept service subpar to what you'd expect at a Kia dealership.

Agreed. I hope Audi can duplicate the service I recieved on my Chevrolet that cost half as much!

but honestly, I never made appointments before I had my audi, its completely unheard of as far as i'm concerned.. if i was the jeep place, I imagine it'd be nice to have someone make an appointment for once.. instead of the surprise

They are excellent. But their sales staff isn't agressive enough if you can believe that! I have trouble getting them to call me back for price quotes.
