Well, we finally decided to dump the SUV and go for the 1.8T Avant. We purchased a 99 Santorin Blue with opal grey cloth interior, its a manual with the trip computer,sports seats and sunroof. Got a decent 6% over invoice price and the car exceeds our expectations. I have been reading this board for quite some time and have been a VW/Audi/Porsche enthusiast for many, many years. The Avant will sit next to my 95 Jetta GLX until a year or two when the Jetta will be sold for the purpose of getting an Audi TT Quattro. With the Avant, who needs two four door cars?
