just took my car to the honda dealer to see what they'd offer me for a trade in...
i was expecting a low ball offer but what they offered me was a joke. $5500, i'm sure i could get a little more if i put it back to stock but even still thats just plain horrible.

When I took my 300M to a Subaru dealer (my SO wanted an outback), they offered me $8000 for it. That's a 1999 300M with only 30,000 miles on it. When I was finished laughing, I walked over and got a free cup of coffee and a couple of doughnuts at the courtesy counter on my way out the door.
Dealers are always going to bone you on a trade-in.
