does anyone out there have a a4 1.8t w/ the k04 turbo kit upgrade how does it perform how about 0-60 times i am interested in the kit if i can better a 5.5 0-60 thanks

DBW or nDBW ? DBWs are normally slower but in the mid to upper 14 sec 1/4 mile area.

you wont be able to better a 5.5 second 0-60 time the kit makes approx 230hp iirc and even with exhaust you wont make enuff power to get to that kind of speed i believe 5.5sec translates into a sub-14 second quarter mile the ko4 kit wont get you there with the power it makes dont forget the a4 weights 3300lb or so combine that with power and you wont hit 13 sec quarters you will probably want a bigger turbo kit for example apr stage 3 or t28 kit from pes/giac these will get you to that time good luck

Most of the K04's run about the same time as my race K03 setup which was low 14's. I was able to pull about 6 flat with my K03 setup.

You can get to 60 in 2nd gear but have to run it to redline.
