Knocking sound at low RPM

Knocking sound at low RPM
I just developed a knocking sound at low RPM when the engine is up to temp. Dealer said it might be a cam -- anyone else? I'm assured with 55k on the odometer. Have not done the TB service yet. Thanks

2 possible things
timing belt tensioner or hydraulic lifters due to low oil pressure
check your oil pressure first
also cam adjusters make nise but like rattle
