Default KO4 with FMIC? Opinions?...more inside...

Is there too much pressure drop with a KO4 to use a FMIC? The reason I ask is the limitation of turbo options considering my tippy(gotta keep it a family car). Any feedback, positive or negative, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,

Default A KO4 and FMIC work well, there is a chip specifically for the KO4/FMIC combo...

call DSR or ask around here, a few of the KO4 guys run the setup...it used to be called the K30 chip, IIRC, but there is an update.

Cheers,
Sameer

Default you should really run one with a K04

because most tuners are running alot of boost on these little turbos causing them to generate a very hot charge of air. A fmic will help alot...

Default GIAC offers chips for people that use or dont use a FMIC

the K04 is not going to have a pressure drop over a k03, but it will have a cooler air charge at the same boost level and will also pull in more air flow at that set boost. But even using a FMIC on a K03 helps.

Two dumb questions: Who is SPR? Can you keep your fog lights with a FMIC?
