Default Both are good. You'll find folks that like one or the other:

The Koni's are height and dampening adjustable.
The H&R's are only height adjustable.

However, I believe the H&R's are easier to adjust the height while on the car.

Dampening adjustments to the Koni's must be made with the shocks off the car.

Default If you are prepared to take off the Koni's to adjust damping to suit your...

...driving style and comfort level, then Koni's will be good for you.

One of the benefits of H&R CO's is that they are a matched spring/shock combo. The downside of that is that if you find the ride too soft or too stiff, there's not much you can do about it.

That's where Koni's come in. Koni's have adjustable rebound damping. With that, you can fine tune to your tastes. The downside is that you HAVE to take 'em off you car to adjust them. If you're one of the lucky ones to get it the way you want it the first time around, then you're good to go. BUT, if it's too harsh/soft to you, then you'll have to tear it all down and then re-install it after you've made the adjustments.

I have Koni's CO and I love 'em. However, it has been quite an adventure to get them the way I want them. I've had to redo the fronts a total of three times now to get it to where I want it and the ride is all the better for it.

If you want a demo and go for a ride. Let me know.

Default I never remember the exact numbers, but the H&Rs are stiffer.

Konis are great for the street, not so great on the track.

Liam
