I ordered a drive train stabilizer from the group by several weeks ago and it was missing a bolt. (M8x30x1.25 flat head socket bolt) I left 2 messenges on their answering machine, talked to one of their sales reps who told me they would ship it out "ASAP", and sent them an email, but still on bolt.
What should I do?
I gone to several hardware stores and haven't been able to find a matching bolt. I wnat an exact match because I don't what the transmission to fall out when I going down the highway.
Thanks

We keep accurate notes of all the incoming calls and I have no record of any follow-up calls. I know that we spoke twice, but nothing after that.
Email me directly with your phone # and I will call you personally to clarify this.

I'm sure they'll sort you out.
BTW - you can just go buy one at Home Depot. And your tranny won't fall out. :-/

I get more christmas cards from them than I do from my family members!! and the DTS isnt going to hold your transmission in all by itself....after you install it, you will know why. The only suggestion I can give is to mind the torque settings on the underside bolts....especially the ones at the corner mounts....18 lbs is pretty weak and can easily come loose....my oem plates (later!!) were both pretty loose!! the big honkin long greasy nasty bolts would require some work of god to come loose and actually fall out...but they are somewhere around 88 lbs or something. I used a bit of threadlok on the smaller 2 at each corner...and the ones in the center.
