Largest turbo for daily city/hwy driving?? 28RS or 2817 or ??? more inside

i've been going back and forth on this one... but it seems like 28RS is the solution for my needs
which sounds the same as yours -- daily driver on stock internals... and it's good for ~350hp

GT^30 R builds boost before 3000 and is full in by 3600 - 8000 and good for 500whp
But there is more to it than the turbo. I find this range perfectly acceptable for street, thats why you have a gearshifter.
