it was from the accident
pics in my pic poster I didn't know it was as bad until they did an MRI. I was in pain, but the pain from my back and neck were overpowering the pain from the shoulder. They ended up replacing most of my shoulder (Acromion Joint, Bursa, top of the Humerus) with kevlar. I recovered pretty quickly but used it too agressivly.

that's crazy, I've been out of Jersey 9 years now. My sis moved out to PA
and when I visited her there a year ago. Now I know why they call it that. I was like hitting a time warp, or some backwoods place. This is near or in the Pocono's

Worst part is, I acutally was climbing about 2 weeks back
I had a class to teach and the weather was great! The doctor thinks that if I go to therapy twice a week, I should be ready to do some climbing and kayaking by late April. I have a deal going with the surgeon. He used to be one of my professors in Anatomy and physiology. He said if he can get me ready by then, I owe home some kayaking lessons! We'll actually be up in Lake Champlain area and most likely on the Saranac River. You should joins us

The other night I was with Jo in her yetta heading back from a friend's house.
I saw someone obviously driving drunk. Called the police. Told them where I was. I continued to follow telling where we were. This continued for about 5 minutes. I stated 'We're both going around 70 in a 45.. you may want to get a cop here already'
We ended up driving over to isle of palms into another jurisdiction. They had to transfer me. Eventually a cop comes up.. follows the guy for a block, and then drives off.

yeah that would be great! I have some shore spots along the lake to check out..
I used to live on the lake when I was younger.. We would take a powerboat out for days and week trips to Old Quebec city. It's been a while since I just went out and explored. I would totally be down. Just let me know as the season gets closer. There is also an awsome indoor rock gym here called Petra Cliffs.. great bouldering area..
Cheers,
Joel

I'm on the eastern side of the Poconos. It's nice and spread out, not as "boonie" as other parts
I was at my friend's apartment in Hoboken this weekend, talk about contrast. Took the train in from Morris county because it would cost more to park in Hoboken (+gas) than a round trip train ticket. Life out there makes me appreciate my 80 mile commute. Sure, you can walk anywhere, but so can every other ghetto walker. Forget a nice car in that place.
