Default Lease on 1.8tq last minute emergency

Well i should of done my HW earlier, but i didn't.
Anyway the question is...Im looking to lease a '01 1.8tq in NY or NJ
-auto(try driving stick in brooklyn or on SIE,hell)
-xenons
-maybe convenience
-maybe cold weather
if youre leasing a car similiar to this, please tell me the cost and the break down of what these options are worth. if youre in my area please include the dealer. Or help in any other way you can.

Default Have you looked at Edmunds.com?

They have a lot of useful information on how a lease is calculated. That will help you more than "what is everyone paying?".

Default '01 1.8Tqms, with conv.,cold packages.

MSRP 29,840, invoice of 26something, sold at 27,500, which was 2.9% over.
Lease 39 mo, 15k/year, $1900 down, $407/mo., money factor of .00250, money down included all fees, bank, dmv, etc.
