The 1.8T has only been available since 97 so I doubt anyone is at the end of their lease yet.
However, I doubt there would be any issue. Assuming you have a socketed chip, you can return it with the stock chip in it. Even if you return it with the performance chip, I bet they wouldn't even notice and the new owner will have a nice little bonus! ;-)<p>Dave
