Let me get this straight...(bodyshop question)
I go to a body shop, i give them my claim number and then an adjuster should come and evaluate the car. Do i have to make a call to my insurance agency? or will the body shop do it. If it helps, i have farmers

you tell your insurance agent, and he/she tells you where to bring your car, or you could bring it to your own shop. agent should call adjuster, and adjuster will see how much it will cost, and talk to the shop owner. that should be it. and you pay the deductible (if any) to the shop

Make sure you tell your insurance where you are taking your car and when...
that way they know when to send the adjuster out, and he doesn't come out to the shop and there is no car there. BTW did you talk to them coocoomike?
