People here have...
Crystal White Eurolites, Hella Optilux, and Jahn Superblue. Can't think of anything else. You can get them from ebay.com, autotoys.com, suvlights.com depending on which bulb you want.
Eurolites produce a whiter light than stock, but it's not as bright. Hella Optilux doesn't produce a light quite as white as the Eurolites, but they are brighter than stock.
Search the archives, there are a lot of info there on what people have tried and are using. There are a couple of pictures too.

I've got a set of PIAA superwhites in my bike..
They look more white. On high beam they make more of a difference.
I've swaped back and forth with the stock bulbs and don't really notice a difference in beam pattern.
They were expensive and look nice, that's about it.
