Re: 12 when off. 14 when running :S Don't have a multimeter yet, so dunno exactly.
When my car starting acting like this, it turned out to be the battery. The Altenator was bad also and damaged the battery. The guage would read 12v engine off and 14v engine running.

not that your a noob or anything like that its just what your post said made it seem as if you were asking us ideas for your problem but then decided to just go ahead and do whatever..just didnt make sense so thats why i posted... its all good
