Default Little help with code 16884/16885

Ok so today, after an important job interview, I went to drive home and kill myself for some of the dumb things I said and my car wanted to kill me too. As soon as I started it, the engine starting shaking and misfiring so bad that I thought it was running on 3 cylinders. The check engine was flashing. So long story short I have it towed home and notice the vacuum that runs from the front of the manifold to the Bypass valve is broken. So I replace that with the correct size rubber hose (5/32" the same I used for my boost gauge) and that doesn't solve the problem. I hooked up the VAG and I got codes 16884 and 16885. I only have the shareware version so I don't know what 16885 is but 16884 reads "Random/multiple cylinder misfire".

Anyone have any ideas what to check next.
