Little square things on front bumper...

Are these the light washers? I'm confused! They are about 4x4inch size and seem to not move. Can't find anything out about them in the manual.

Yup, the headlight washers. With lights on squirt your windshield and they will also squirt your lights

On the 99's, you have to squirt your windshield for 2 secs to activate these.

Funny Story

I have about 5 guy friends that are engineers for GM. When I first got my car they used to make me activate the headlight washer system because they thought it was so cool to watch. It was hilarious to watch grown men standing around like little kids going, "Do it again! do it again!.......COOOOOOOOL!!!!"<br> -C.
