it is a complete bumper but....
here is the thing that bumper will need to be cut to fit. there are some quirks with that bumper you might have to cut the wheel arches out on the bumper. I like how the bumper looks it fits nice but the edges of the bumper like where the grills are at is not 100% perfect.
it is a nice part but it does not fit 100%
