Default Loaner Question: Hoffman in East Hartford, CT

I am taking my car in for service soon (within the next couple of months) and am wondering if anyone knows what I can expect, as far as loaners go, from Hoffman Audi in East Hartford, CT. I have seen posts regarding this dealer, so I'm hoping someone can tell me what they got for a loaner car. It really doesn't matter to me WHAT I get, as long as I get one! This is all out of curiosity.

Default I usually take their shuttle to work...

They have two shuttles that take people to work: one for downtown Hartford and one for the surrounding area. I know they have loaners, VWs I think, but I have yet to get one. Call them up and ask about it (Bill Pelletier: 290-6171/282-0855). Service doesn't usually take more than a day, so if you're in the area, take the shuttle. AND CALL AHEAD!!! They're usually booked 3-5 weeks ahead, so call now to make you're appt..

Good luck,
Cy...Pearl '97 1.8TQMS, APRv3.1, Neuspeed, H&R Sport, Neuspeed/Bilstein, AEZ Bimos, AVS Sports, ATE Powerdisc, Mintex, Valvoline SynPower, Mobil 1, Autometer, K&N, Air Box Mod.

Default It depends what they have on hand...

I have gotten An older A6 avant a few times, an A4, and a few other (non Audi) cars. As Cy stated above, call ahead. I have had to wait 2-3 weeks for an apt. without a loaner, and 4-5 weeks with a loaner.
I have had very good luck with the service dept at Hoffman.
Matthew '97TQM
