Yeah, I made that mistake...
couldn't figure out why it wasn't getting a good grip.
I ended up buying both bits from <a href="http://www.zelenda.com/">Zelenda</a> because I didn't know what kind I had. Turns out, I needed both, one to remove the old ones, and the other to put the new ones in.

It was actually a 10M 12 point polydrive fastener. However, NOBODY has one long enough. I had to make one. It needs to be about 4" long in case you ever need to take your head off. The heads of the bolts are VERY soft so be very careful not to strip them.
