the S-III guys have been a HUGE help!!!!!!!!!
in the past two weeks or so that i have been on ed's board have been the most positive & helpful since i started dealing with this kit back in september.

at least someone saw what i was talking about! ;-p
but then again, we seem to agree on most points. my point was that it seemed suspect(at best) that this was resolved so quickly in light of the race. and i agree, i like shorki too and am glad that he got it fixed. i just found it ironic how everyone thought that this was such a great showing of (selfless) customer service.
