lookin to maybe get a beater, wana stay german, VW or audi.....
id like to spend under 1700-1800$ i can work on my own cars so thats not a problem, any suggestions from people that ahve owned them? any model between say 86 and 96. needs to get decent milage. im lookin at jettas, golfs, 80s, 90s, 100s. i like the 12v 2.8 is milage horrible? what was the first year for it? 92? thanks for any suggestions.

get a old lexus or somethin
its still nice and it will last forever. my dads had his lexus ls400 for 380,000 miles. only thing hes done was maintenance every 100 thousand miles. so hes spent 6,000 in total maintenance for I dont even know how many years. Its a 93 I think

at some point, decided its not feesible at this time....
family problems, probably divorce of mom n stepdad soon, house will probably get sold. that would mean i woudnt have anywhere to keep it, etc. but i WILL build one someday, hopefully soon.
