looking into makin a custom intake for a 12V.......
anyone got any info on this? what exactly would i need and where would i be able to get it? searched the archives but not to much info there. Looking for any diameter specs and harware info. Also would it be possible to fit an intake made for a 1.8 onto a 2.8 12V? TIA.

Here's mine .......
Couple of hours with a plasma cutter and the rest is history. You can also use a 30v intake with some small mods.

DON'T DO THIS SETUP!!!! ......
without heatshielding, it hurts performance, and is bad for the engine. I can guarantee that that cone gets HOT. Lots of hot air getting sucked into the engine. Bad.
no offense dude, but this is the truth.
