Loose door panel moldings

Default Loose door panel moldings
Anyone have problems with these moldings coming loose? I'm just wondering how to re-attach them. It looks like the molding has a clip of some sort that attaches to a plastic hub on the door. I'm guessing that I won't need to glue the molding onto the door.

Mine are about ready to be replaced also. I'd be interested to hear how to replace them.
