There is a trapped or welded nut in the chassis the subframe bolt goes to
Sounds like the nut came loose....sorry don't know what to tell you...maybe it stripped, dropping the subframe might be your only option...
THat bolt is torque to yield FWIW, supposed to be replaced every time, can't remember the torque spec but there is a 90 turn after torqueing..

Seems like the nut is stripped and surgery is required
I had a similar instance on my SAAB and they had to get in there with metal cutters and a welding torch. I hope it is easier for the Audi.
