low idle on a 2.8 30v

I've noticed that my idle isnt even close to 500 rpm. Is there something wrong, and if so what could it be? I had a cylinder misfire a few months back also so could a bad spark plug/coilpack be the culprit?

Check engine light? If not, try to clean the throttle body assembly. Basically,

what you have to do is pull the intake boot off (easier said than done, btw) and clean the throttle plate and surrounding area.

Other than the low speed, is the idle smooth, or rough?
