anyone else ever experience this? I've had the intake on for 2 weeks now and am noticing that there's a constant low pitched whistling noise, kind of like the noise you can make with an empty beer bottle. It seems to get louder around 3600-3800 RPMs, but i'm not positive.
I have the stock air tube which connects to the front of the car and i have it dumping air onto the cone filter. i wonder if it's causing the noise. i'm going to experiment by taking it off and see what happens, but i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows what it is.

over the inlet to the BPV. You can hear it more now since the stock box that you removed used to hide that noice. It just seems loud because the intake you have is made out of metal and you have a cone filter. The noise gets softer once the air flowing by it starts moving faster and adds more pressure right at the base of the bpv.
