Default You'll be looking for "flattened expanded metal"...more

If you have an RS4 Grill, the 3/4" Flattened expanded metal matches that almost perfectly. If you have a Kamei grill, the closest match is actually 1/2" non flattened, but non flattened doesn't sit well against the back of your bumper, best bet is 1/2" flattened. I have the Kamei, and just got done painting my 1/2" expanded metal DIY grills. I'll post some pics when I get it installed.

I went to HD and asked one of the guys he had no idea what I was talking about. I also searched in the nut aisle but couldn't find it. Maybe my HD sucks.
