Default MAF issues...

Decided to try and clean the MAF after getting low values on the last CAPS run (WOT 148-150g/s), idle was ~2.8-3.0 g/s. After cleaning and replacing the MAF the reading are now 4.2-5.7 g/s at idle and WOT is no higher than 100 g/s. Looks like I fuxored the MAF wires.

I went to the local stealership and got a reman MAF. But before I put it in, I want to make sure that the MAF wires are not broken.

How do I check to see if the MAF wires are broken. I SFTA and saw some posts mentioning pins 1 and 3 on the plug. What values should I look for and which plug is 1?

If they are broken, what is the fix??
