Many install new stereos to improve sound. Would just changing speakers create a noticable improvement? (Especially the bass of the BOSE)

I remember a while back someone posting a message on how he changed the free air woofers that are in the rear deck of a Bose system. He said that the sound was a huge improvement over the muddy bass. That is all he did....check in the archives for "Boss base fix" or titles like that....he misspelled BOSE into BOSS, so it should be easy to find....<p>I am contemplating doing this myself.<p>Good luck.<br>-Ash 98.5 1.8TQMS

It would probably be an improvement. But, not trusting the power output, I am also adding an amp.
