No it comes with 3M adhesive on the back.

Default I was told the style that looks like the s4 does not have adhesive on it....it is diff from the one

you linkedlinked to last week... the s4 looking stuff is hard and does not come in a roll and is a little more expensive.. but worth it imho.. I have a complete demo kit of trim guard products so I have a fairly good idea of what they look like in person.
