Default Maybe Air Mass Sensor?need help?

I have a 2001 Audi 1.8T.Auto trans.
i was driving my audi home from a longs day work and after 5minutes of a city drive my car began to stall. I loss lots of power, felt like a transmission problem. It would accelerate normaly until 40mph car would pull back.
I ckecked the codes, all were Misfire. I thought it could be bad fuel filter, so i changed it, but still same?

any ideas?

Default coilpacks ? spark plugs? why would you change a fuel filter if your issue is spark?

start by changing coil packs... then spark plugs.. or vice versa..

I first felt the vehicle having a fuel problem. Then was smart enough to check out codes the CEL gave me.
I checked sparked plugs and are good.
what else might cause this behavior?

What does the fuel filter have to do with the ignition system?
