It would cost way too much money and I do not know if the US NAV discs even work.
But if you are serious and ready to spend thousands of dollars on it joshd@s4.org is your man.

That's the full screen unit common to all nav systems in Europe...
It's not exclusively an RS4 part. The only question is whether or not it uses the same discs. I'm inclined to believe that it does... as an engineer it wouldn't make sense for them to have two completely different systems for what is essentially the same function. The U.S. system is virtually identical to the Euro system, minus the full color LCD display. I say go for and tell us how it goes!
Oh.. .BTW do you already have the U.S. nav system or are you looking for the whole nav system (antenna, computer, etc) or just the nav headunit?
