Default Mintex Brake Pads???

Where's the best place, online, to order some Mintex Red Box brake pads? Any idea on how long I can expect them to last under normal driving conditions? Thanks.

Default Just got mine and put them in 2 weeks ago.... Good pads

I'd reccomend them I'd also reccomend the ATE powerdisc rotors for the front, inexpensive brake upgrade $170 total for pads/rotors. Easy to install with only a basic Craftsman tool kit. 7mm allen key and 17mm socket, breaker bar, ratchet and pliars are all you really need to change the pads and rotors. Oh for the rotors you need a 2x4 to bang em loose, they adhere themselves to the hub pretty well. After a couple good whacks with the 2x4 mine came right off.

Default Depends how you drive 25-50 Kmiles

On Tiptronic cars the pads tend to have shorter life because of less engine braking.
