Default Here is what I would do: 1. Write Charlie back and say thanks. 2. Blacklist A.I. from Audiworld
3. forward the messages from Peter to Charlie to see what else his boss had to say. Perhaps suggest some mental therapy, or at least a hobby?

Default Imaging trying to do your job as a Customer Service rep when your boss badmouth's people
I didn't really follow the thread yesterday and I think I'm missing some info, but just in general imagine trying to do an honest Customer Service job and then having your boss be the one you have to keep in check and appologize for, etc.
