Default More car seat discussion

I need a car seat for my (soon to be arriving) son. I have a Peg Perego setup, but it really doesn't fit all that well into the audi- especially the center section. Does anyone have recommendataions for audi-compatible car seats????

Default For infant seats, I've only seen them in the middle, unless you want to move the pass seat way up.

The problem is that the seats for infants and babies are reclined and take up a lot of room. Especially the ones that double as carriers. Not a lot of choice. On the rear-facing one we had the frame of the car seat actually fit just between the driver and passenger seat.

BTW, Congrats on your soon to be arriving son.

Default thanks for the congrats! what seat were you using?

we're obviously very excited. As for the seats- the peg perego only fits on the side, and then the pass seat must be slid waaaayyyy up (so that no passenger would fit- well maybe an ompahloompah).

Default Get a Mighty Tight for it... makes removal and re-installation easier...

I got mine at Burlington Coat Factory for about $20... ratchet device that lets you crank down the tightness.
