More on Diablo Audi
I've been reading with some amusement about the poor service experienced by some of the members on this Forum at Diablo Audi. But before I go there, I need to tell you that I bought my Audi A4 from Diablo Audi and of course my sales consultant was none other than the legendary Ernst Gosch. He is the consummate Audi professional. I bought my car from him because he was attentive, knew his product, and worked with me on a great deal. You can tell from talking to him that he enjoys selling Audis. I live in Marin so servicing my car in Concord is quite inconvenient. I was having my car serviced at a dealer closer to home but was very unsatisfied with the quality of service I was receiving there. I decided to set up an appointment at Diablo. I took my car in and was given a Lincoln Town Car as a loaner. When the service was done, everything was perfect. All the complaints you read about on this sight were non existent. If you ever do have any problems, I would suggest calling Lloyd Guernsey the sales manager at Diablo. He's one of the most up front and honest guys you'll ever meet in the auto business.

Ah, my homeland...
I miss being an immortal 17 year old, barreling down Mt diablo at sunset to beat the gate closing, driving a 65 mustang boat, blaring "Red Barchetta" at top volume.

Are they chip friendly?
I have taken my car there once and they took 3 days to replace/fix my rear passenger side brakes. I wasn't too excited about their service. I am just curious about their view about chipping?
