Default More great customer service <NOT!> from Mike Hoppen of JHM

Mike and I had an email exchange regarding some problems I had with my car which turned out to be due to defective aftermarket coilpacks.

During the course of that email exchange he asked me what I did for a living. I replied, explaining that it wasn't clear how that was relevant.

His response:
<i>
"I asked what you do for a living because you are invading my form of living, If you are a doctor do I tell you my diagnostic tools tell me different from what you are telling me? If you are a broker do I tell you how the market is going? If you ask me a question than obviously you do not know. If you do then you are wasting my time and please do not contact me again.

Best Regards,
Mike Hoppen"</i>

JHM will most definitely not receive another cent from me. If you expect professional customer service I would encourage you to shop elsewhere.

David

Default can you post all of the emails or links? I'm curious to see what prompted this

I remember you sent him logs and he didn't like something about them.

Default Yes, but the problem is that we only get one side of the story here. Hoppen is a bad vendor?

Based on this post alone, I can conclude nothing. Original poster clearly stated that the issue he was working was not related to the Hoppen software. Without all of the dialog that lead up to that email, there is nothing to conclude.
