More missing nuts bolts....

Is this part # correct for the bumper to fender liner connection? ....

No, those are the

1/4 turn flat head type black screws that attach the liner to the belly pan.

The torx ones that go through the liner to the bumper are N-907-750-01

I got those the ones I'm looking for are black plastic.... much like what you have described..

They are right in front of the wheel closer to the belly pan.
