My 99.5 has 49K, after driving about 45-60min local and freeway, the engine sounds like a diesel during stand still acceleration. click/cluncking noise, it really sounds like a diesle car.
I've tried the oil cleaner and I've been using Mobile 1 (5-30W) since 32K.
the oil level is little above the middle section, always below max.
What else could it be? do I need to change or adjust the tensioner/timing belt this soon?
I've also notice a oil seaping spot on the engine tray towards the trans/engine area during oil change. Could it be the cam seal again? Replaced under warranty at 25K I think.
thanks in advance.

Is it a tough job to DIY? or should I get a Audi mechanic to check it out then buy the parts needed for them to do the install?
thanks

Although it only talks about removing the seal. Replacing the tensioner is a bit harder because of the chain. It has little slack and you have to twist and turn it outta there at odd angles
